Austin Home Intelligence may collect information you choose to provide, including a property address, assessment answers, property markers, uploaded photos, name and email address. A phone number and contact preferences are requested only when you explicitly ask to be contacted about professional service.
How we use information
Information may be used to create and improve property-specific risk assessments and Action Plans, maintain a home/property profile, analyze aggregate homeowner and service trends, improve our models and tools, and respond to requests.
Photos and property information
If photo storage is enabled, photos you intentionally upload may be stored with your property profile. Property markers may include the approximate location and label you place on the map. Do not upload images or notes you do not want associated with the property profile.
Professional-contact requests
Using an assessment or requesting an Action Plan does not automatically send your information to contractors. If you explicitly request a quote or professional contact, information reasonably relevant to that request—including assessment details, photos and property markers you supplied—may be shared with a participating provider for that service category.
Public and third-party data
The site may retrieve public or third-party information such as weather, mapping, permit and geographic data. Those sources can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate and should not be treated as an official property record or onsite inspection.
Analytics and technical data
The site may use standard analytics or hosting logs to understand aggregate traffic, browser/device information, referring pages and tool usage. Update this policy before enabling any additional analytics, advertising pixels, email/SMS providers or payment tools.
Data retention and deletion
Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain records, prevent abuse and improve the platform. Before production launch, replace this paragraph with a working contact email and a finalized retention/deletion process.
Launch note
This is an initial operating privacy policy and should be reviewed for the final business entity, vendor relationships, advertising stack, email/SMS providers, insurance lead handling and any AI processing used in production.
